How do I return an item?
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES pink chicken offers a 100% happiness guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can send it back within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. we do not accept returns on sale items, however; sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available. first you must email us @ info@pinkchicken.com to get a return authorization form. once this is completed you email back to us and will get the go ahead to send package back.
returns -returned items must be in original condition and packaging. -shipping and handling fees are not refundable. -returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. -if a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team. -returned items will not be accepted after 7 days from date of purchase.
exchanges -you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item. -item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. -although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. in order to avoid any delays in processing your exchange, we recommend that you select an additional, alternate exchange item, size or color on your exchange slip in case your first choice is unavailable.
