It’s party time - we are so excited to launch our collaboration with Joy Creative Shop! Known for their colorful personalized stationery, they’ve made it fun for kids to write thank-you notes! Stacey and JCS founder, Steph Weibring, admired each other’s brands from afar and then eventually connected through fellow mama and content creator, @jordan.and.co. Their mutual love for color, design and bringing joy to their customers, made working together a no-brainer. Our birthday collection collab includes gift tags, gift wrap and fill-in thank you notes with stickers in 3 Flock Favorite PC prints: birthday garland, cloud pink floral and T-Rex. - Orders are shipped Fedex Ground or Express. You may indicate your choice of shipping at check out.
- Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
- Orders with ground shipping placed by 2pm EST M-F will ship out within 48 hours from our warehouse. Orders with Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping placed by 12pm EST M-F will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for ground, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number from Fedex upon completion of your order.
- Orders under $150 are subject to a $10 ground shipping fee. Orders of $150+ receive Free Shipping!
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Pink Chicken is not responsible for shipping and handling fees of returns, only exchanges.
- Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from date of delivery. International orders are final sale.
- If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team: customerservice@pinkchicken.com
- Swimwear returns will only be accepted if items are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and hygienic liner still in place. Swimwear (where the hygiene liners have been removed) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.
