Orders that are placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday with Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for east coast ground shipping, and 5-8 business days for west coast ground shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number from UPS or Fedex upon completion of your order.

- Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from date of delivery. International orders are final sale.

- Swimwear returns will only be accepted if items are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and hygienic liner still in place. Swimwear (where the hygiene liners have been removed) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.
