orders are shipped Fedex ground or express and you can choose your method at checkout. orders cannot be delivered to a p.o. box. you will receive a tracking number from Fedex once your order ships. please allow 5 to 7 business days for ground, depending on your location. don’t hesitate to contact us if you are have a question about speed of delivery.

pink chicken offers a 100% happiness guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can send it back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. sale items are final sale. please email us at customerservice[at] or call 212-255-9090 to check availability.
