How do I join?
If you do not already have an account with us, you can create one by clicking "Join Now" at the top of this page! You will automatically earn 750 points.
How do I earn points?
It’s easy to sign up for an account, refer a friend, follow us on socials, sign up for our mailing list, make a purchase, or leave a review! If you already have done all of these things, your points will be automatically added to your account, following a 21 day pending period. If for some reason you do not see them, please reach out to customerservice@pinkchicken.com and we’d be happy to help!
How many points do I earn when spending?
For every $1 spent, you will receive 4-6 points depending on your tier. After your purchase, you will receive your points after a 21 day pending period.
When can I redeem my points?
You must have a minimum of 1,500 points to redeem. At checkout, you will have the option to use your points as a cash discount toward your purchase.
How do I redeem my points?
When you have an available reward you will be able to see this in your account page. You will also get notified via email and in our mini cart when you are ready to check out. To redeem your reward, add items to your cart and if you have an available reward, it will be listed at the bottom of the mini cart. Click to redeem, then copy and paste your code into the checkout page.
How do I view my points balance?
Log into your account and you will see your total points on your account page.
How long are my points valid for?
The points are valid for 1 year after your last purchase. After that, they will reset and you will start back at zero.
How can I become a Flock Insider, Flock VIP, or Top of the Flock member and what do I get for falling into those categories?
Your tier level is determined by the total points earned within a 12 month period. It does not go down when points are used for rewards. For a Flock Insider you do not need to have any points, for Flock VIP you need to have at least 2,500 points and for Top of the Flock you need to have at least 4,500 points.
How do I refer a friend?
Type in their email address, and they will receive an email with the link to make a purchase. Once they purchase, they will receive $20 off and you’ll receive 2500 points.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns an order?
Your points will be pending until 21 days (once the friend can no longer return their items.) Then, you will receive your points.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, this is yours for the taking! The more you buy and share, the more you earn. Just remember that your points expire after 1 year after your most recent order!
What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase? Do I get my reward/points back?
Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued.
Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time?
You can use up to 4,500 points ($20) on one order. Only one code can be used at checkout, so rewards cannot be combined.
Do I earn points if I use a gift card at checkout?
No, you will not earn points if you are using a gift card at checkout.
