- Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. as UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes
- Orders that are placed by 2pm EST Monday - Friday with ground shipping will ship out within 48 hours from our warehouse (please look at below transit times). Orders that are placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday with Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Please allow 5-8 business days for transit time for all orders.

- Swimwear returns will only be accepted if items are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and hygienic liner still in place. Swimwear (where the hygiene liners have been removed) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.
